I've grown. Although, I'm still growing. I've outgrown that outer shell. I'm not just growing as a man, I'm becoming more of a Leader. The one thing I've noticed tho is, I'm becoming less and less tolerant towards certain things. Y'know, people with defeatist attitudes, poor leadership, ect. By no means do I think I'm the person I should be now, or thought I would be, but I think I'm on the right track.
